HSBC is delighted to support a fourth series of five Tuesday lunchtime concerts in May and June at St. Lawrence Jewry, Gresham Street, London EC2, in memory of John Hill.
Reflecting John’s international service with HSBC, the 2009 performers come from Ireland, Germany, Australia, Korea, and the UK, promising an outstanding series of recitals.
Each lunchtime concert will start at 1pm and last about an hour.

Throughout his career with HSBC, John maintained his musical interest, being appointed organist in cathedrals as far apart as Kuwait and Kolkatta and also playing in many churches of varied denominations. It was his interest in helping talented young organists that led to HSBC supporting the concert series.
